To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and any complimentary items included with the purchase. Products showing signs of misuse, accidental damage, improper handling, or unauthorised modification may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item. Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned products are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item shipped by Arabia Era, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

After your returned item is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Depending on your financial institution or payment provider, refunds may take 5 to 10 business days to appear in your account after processing.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

For hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened or used, unless they are found to be defective upon arrival. Customized, personalized, clearance, or final sale items may also be non-returnable unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and will instead fall under our standard return policy after delivery.

Arabia Era reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy or where fraudulent activity, abuse of the return process, or excessive return behavior is suspected.
